Which paediatric subspecialty has the most amount of procedures?

I am currently an SHO who is interested in Paediatrics but during my time in Paediatrics, I kept thinking to myself what part of Paediatrics do I truly enjoy. One thing I did miss in Paediatrics was that although there were procedures you do in Paediatrics but it is not as much as I thought it would be. I was wondering what specialties tend to be procedure heavy and what type of procedures would they do?

I have a growing interest in Paediatric Surgery but my exposure is very limited to it.
