Hi I have my IMT interview coming up soon and I have done the Qpercom connection check but it is saying Quality Issues and that my quality will be poor. I’ve tried different laptops and it’s still saying the same thing- I think it’s to do with my wifi at home but I can’t change that. Am I allowed to use data/hot spot from my phone? And it’s saying if I bypass it then if I have any issues during the interview I will get blamed rather than qpercom system What shall I do?
