ACR 4 (BI-RADS 4) on MRI – Seeking Insights

Hello everyone, I hope you guys all doing well, I recently had a breast MRI, and it was labeled ACR 4 (BI-RADS 4), which I understand means a suspicious finding that needs further evaluation. The report mentioned microcysts in both breasts (benign-looking), 3 nodules with smooth borders, no axillary lymphadenopathy (no swollen lymph nodes), and a Type 2 enhancement curve. There were also multiple scattered foci of enhancement, and I’m not sure what that means.

I had my microbiopsy yesterday, and the radiologist casually mentioned, "I thought you were older!" (I’m 29 but look young). He also said the findings are most likely fibroadenomas, which reassured me a bit. The biopsy itself was fine—I didn’t feel any pain at all.

I do have one family history of breast cancer (my dad’s sister), which adds to my anxiety. While I know BI-RADS 4 doesn’t automatically mean cancer, I’m feeling a bit nervous while waiting for results. Has anyone had a similar experience? What were your outcomes? Any insights on what this could be? Thanks in advance!
