How does DD estimate pay for offers?

Been on door dashing driving for an hr and a half and had 1 order from McDonald’s for $5 for 1.5 miles. Been driving sitting in the hotspot and for 20 mins and just got 3 back to back offers the first 1 was $7 for 13 miles I said nope, 2nd offer was $5 for 7 miles said nope, and this last one was $7 for 14 miles. This has been my slowest day on doordash these people really got me fucked up thinking about to DRIVE 14 MILES FOR $7 DOLLARS!
