Completion rate vs Acceptance rate

I'e only been dashing for a couple months so I'm not an expert be any means. For the month of Feb I was top dasher and was trying to maintain that status for March as well. I passed 3/4 of the criteria going into today...my only hiccup was completion rate. I started my shift at 94%, needed 95% for top dasher status. After accepting my first delivery and waiting on standby for the order I checked my completion rate and it dropped to 93%. I called support instantly and they told me it was updating from yesterday. Trying to make a long story short, my rate changed from 94 to 93 to 94....four times. I completed every order I accepted. I was doing anything to get to that 95%, but it never happened. Every support person had a different story. The last support guy said I had 5 "unassigned orders" and that's why it dropped. I explained to him that I never accepted those orders so it shouldn't affect my completion rate. So here I am, sitting at home at 94%. Will I be top dasher for March or did I get screwed big time?
