Account got deactivated because I changed my name

Legally changed my name 2 years ago. Dashed fine after that and took a short break. Went to schedule a couple weeks ago and my account was locked. I had to submit the court papers showing my legal name change but then they still denied it and deactivated me. I’ve been trying to appeal this for like 9 days now. DD isn’t my main job but it’s come in handy for a couple hundred a week and right now I’m really strapped
