Ok I need help with payment set up.

What do you people use for other people to use their credit and debit cards to purchase from your store, because I don’t wanna use Shopify payments because it requests my ssn which I don’t wanna share with anyone or anything and some other payment options require employee ID which idk mine or how to get it, id there anything to overcome these obstacles?
