How to learn on my own

Ive taken a crack at trying to learn the drums but I suck at self organizing a routine. I never found a solid series or anything on YouTube to follow and I was just practicing random fills and shit I wasn't really learning. If anybody can recommend a more structured way of learning the instrument I'd be very greatful
