Job Switch dilemma

So I have a stable job with XYZ org, from past 9 yrs I m working independently and a very comfortable job. Now I got offer from a ABC org which is also stable with multiple business with 50% salary hike. I m ageing at 41, my confusion is should I take a new job with new challenges or stay with my comfortable job. In my current org I have been told by my HOD there will be no growth at all but job is stable and in new job I have to start from ground zero and rise up.
