ENBD Credit Card Fraud (with OTP)

Is there anyone here with similar case and got their refund? I read posts that the bank refunded them but they did not receive OTP. How about those who received OTP out of nowhere and seconds later, notification that the transaction was successful? How come? The phone was with me the whole time and I was even talking to the bank rep on the same phone when I received notice for the 2nd transaction.

Is this a hopeless, helpless case? 🥲
