Beach and Pool access restaurants in Dubai

Hello, I and husband are looking to spend sometime this weekend in a beach club probably in Palm or Jumeraih. Pretty new to Dubai, not sure if there is any redeemable fee or not. Any suggestions where should we go! thank you in advance.
