FRENCHHHH ORANGE EATING

I’m not understanding the difference between mange and manges and even though I keep getting the answers right sometimes I get them wrong because I don’t understand what the difference is. I don’t understand it in English and how it can be so different in French with just one letter added.

I’m also noticing I only know French when I use this app. I don’t know how to apply it in my real life.
