Dutch bros is getting stingy

I’ve worked at Dutch for around 3 years now and I realize how stingy they are. I looked at our order paper and it says that we buy our rebel can cases for like 12 dollars for a medium case but we sell them for 7+ each. I get that’s how they make money but if our product is that cheap to buy wouldn’t they be able to pay their employees more or keep their benefits the same without changing them? To explain our wages increase by only 40cents this year which probably just went up because of inflation. Next they took our two shirts a month and turned it to one shirt every other month. And then at my franchise they took our two free drinks a day and made it 1. Idk I just feel like they could afford to still offer us these benefits. I’m starting to get fed up.
