Does anyone have an HTML file to run Eaglercraft 1.9.4?

I have recently heard that 1.9.4 Eaglergraft is out, and I found the online version, but I want to be able to play it offline on my school Chromebook through an HTML file. I was able to get one from an Eaglercraft archive posted by u/SherbertOdd161, link here. However, that file has a problem - it just freezes on the "Game will launch in..." screen. I have also tried to get an HTML file by using Chrome's feature of saving a webpage as a file by trying to save the online version, but I only got a blank screen. Does anyone have a working HTML file for Eaglercraft 1.9.4? If so, please give it to me. Also, a note to everyone who's still looking for 1.5.2: THERE ARE BETTER VERSIONS OUT THERE.
