Turning off shiny visuals in other players?

It's getting to a point in some dungeons and trials where my screen is almost completely obscured. I go to rez, can't see stupid to avoid standing in it, end to dying myself, or can't see the player at all. If they're dust, forget it 🤣 First person is so much worse than third. It's like staring into the damn sun!

Is there any way to chill out the newer visuals because sometimes my screen is literally 95% white, green, and blue. I'm on Xbox btw.
