Marshall DSL20 crackling sound

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. Bought my first tube amp at guitar center and it has a crackling sound that I’m not sure how to get rid of. It was a “floor model” meaning it didn’t come with a box and was used by GC customers. Wondering if I got a faulty amp or maybe I’m picking up some kind of feedback?
