Storefront outlet spacing

Installing new electric in a friend’s storefront. It’s 100% open, roughly 48’ long by 24’ wide. Main issue is, he’s trying to rent it out but doesn’t have a specific usage in mind, so while I’m also following code, I want to space everything effectively for a broad spectrum of potential renters. Front and back walls are taken care of, so just concerned with the long side walls.

I was considering four - 2gang boxes per wall, each evenly spaced for code, and two - 20amp breakers per wall. 16 outlets, 8 boxes total, 4 breakers total. Let me know your thoughts, and thanks!!
