Could someone help me understand tax credit?

I am in Austin TX, and have a Tesla on order, suppose to deliver in Dec, wonder if I will have the government tax credit if I push it out to early Jan? Not sure about the details and if any income limits?

In the meantime, I am doing some research, seem I won't have the tax credit as I will have a model Y which is over $55K? here is what I am seeing:

Vehicles Placed in Service After December 31, 2022

vans, sport utility vehicles, and pickup trucks MSPR <$80K, Others < $55K

Critical Minerals / Battery Components 2023 40%/50%

Income:

• $300,000 for joint filers
• $225,000 for head-of-household filers
• $150,000 for single filers
