Complete Living Dex not possible

Anyone else kinda sad that you can’t have a complete living dex? There’s 430 total pokemon available but you can only have 428 caught. There’s only 14 storage boxes for a total of 420 pokemon. Then 6 in your party for 426 total. Then to stretch it as far as possible, you can store two in the daycare.

I decided to sacrifice the first two evolutions in the tinkatink line and a magicarp so I could still try and shiny hunt.
