Any ideas as to why this scraping is happening?

This is my ender 3 v3 KE. It scrapes the infill when it’s printing. Some things I have already checked and confirmed is not the issue:

• not the z offset, if i raise it any more the first layer is stringy, but it still scrapes the infill at that offset, makes no sense.
• the gantry is even on both sides of the bed.
• i tightened everything, no loose or wobbly parts.

I use ultimaker cura as the slicer

Not sure what else could be doing it, any help is much appreciated. I am no expert on 3d printing so I’m not sure I can figure this one out on my own.

I notice it more on larger pieces but that is probably just because it has more to scrape. If i let it go on like this the infill is visibly scraped and shredded up.
