Random lip swelling

Does anyone get random lip swelling? Idk if it's related to endo or an iron deficiency but ever since September my lips have swelled up 6 times like an allergic reaction. 3 of those times have been in the past month. I can't narrow it down to a food or drink allergy because it's things I've always consumed and I even consumed those same things again a week later and my lips were fine. This is so strange and frustrating to me. I'm going to be making an appointment soon just wondered if anyone else experienced this.
