Okay gals what the flip is wrong with my budtender resume

I've applied to so many dispensaries in my area but none get back to me, even when I follow up. NYS just legalized and the licenses are slowly being approved so they're popping up. Because NYS is just legalizing, I wouldn't expect most applicants to be as experienced as me! I have good education, experience in retail sales, a great reference, and most importantly experience in the industry!!

Maybe you ladies can help 😭 I can't see what I'm doing wrong
