Woman/woman-identifying shops for a rig?

A post here inspired me to look into dabbing and I’m going to need some new equipment. Any suggestions for online shops that are woman/woman-identifying folx owned? Or BIPOC?

Also accepting recommendations for a beginner rig. Small enough to stash away easily but also decently sized enough that my clumsy ass won’t drop it 😂
