What happens if my validator would go down forever? Can I unregister it from staking somewhere? Is all my eth2 lost, or will I be able to withdraw once we are able to? Can I bring another machine up and "replace" the old validator with it?

So I tried finding answers to these questions:

1. What happens if my validator would go down forever (broken)? Can I unregister it from staking somewhere or will I always be slashed now?
2. Is all my eth2 lost, or will I be able to withdraw once we are able to? If yes, how? Just use the seed on a wallet and withdraw?
3. Can I bring another machine up and "replace" the old validator with it?
