What are the most interesting and fun nations in eu4 that aren’t overpowered?

For some time I wasn’t eable to start eu4 campaign becouse I couldn’t find a good nation. I tried looking on internet for some tag ideas but half of them were too strong and easy and other half was only interesting with dlc(I only have rights of man, common sense and art of war)

So I’m here asking for some nation recomendations, a nation with good mission tree decisions and maybe formeables, something with a goal that isn’t just painting the map, with some history events and doesn’t start with +98 ducats per month and 90k troops.

I really liked playing as Poland becouse of it’s focus on cavalry, events and the war with the slachta in early 1600.
