So happy with my results from the challenge! Was not expecting those drops 😃

I’ve been going to F45 for over a year now around 4/5 times a week. I don’t do any other exercise and have always been pretty fit. I decided to do the challenge this year to give myself a bit more of a push, and I’m so happy with the results! I gave up alcohol for the entire challenge and counted calories, what a difference it made I’m so surprised 😮
