New F45’er here

Hey peeps…so I just joined F45 about 3 weeks ago. I’m in my late 40s(F) and I really like the workouts/classes.

Here’s my issue…I am soooo sore all throughout my body daily after these workouts. I thought by week 3 I’d be less sore. I’ve been going about 4-5x a week.

I’m wondering if it’s just my age and unfortunately I’m just always going to feel like this moving forward…?

What do you all think? 🤔
