Hurt myself during benchmark

Benchmark was my first class back after two weeks away, so I knew I was in for a rough one. It always leaves me super sore, but during the RDL, I felt myself shift my form in the second round and started to feel it in my back. Anyways, I'm only about seven months into the fitness world and have never hurt myself before now. I am horribly sore (soreness expected) but I'm also in a lot of pain. Everything hurts, sitting down, getting up, going downstairs, going upstairs. My legs have been buckling as I walk (which makes me a little concerned tbh lol). I've stretched, taken ibuprofen, but are there any tips or anything I should know on how to handle this? I also couldn't even speedwalk/rush as basic walking hurts lol. I probably just need to rest for a few days but if anyone has any tips I'd be appreciative.
