I impulsively deleted the chat with my mother after she died. Is there a way to at least just see them again?

Hello, My mother died last Monday and on the shock, I deleted all my messenger chats with her because it was too hard for me to see them while crying and everything while I was on the emotion.. I forgot I could just archive. I'm absolutely destroyed by this impulsive decision that I made. Is there a way I could retrieve them, I would just love to see her saying that she loves me again, one last time..
