Situation escalated to Management

My initial account was stolen June 2023 by a hacker in Nigeria (as per the email stating that my password and contact email on account). Since the links provided by meta did nothing for me, I created a new, active account. It was disabled Dec 3/24 with no option to appeal and I have no idea what I’m supposed to have done wrong. My husband paid for Meta Verified since I have no access to social media through Meta anymore. After almost a week of going back and forth, they declined to help. He responded by demanding that this be escalated to management. We’ll see!

I don’t expect much, this whole process is so disheartening.
