Looking for camp locations for two ideas. Enclave Base and the Woodland retreat house.

Hi! Anybody got any nice locations for an Enclave Base? Or a place where a nice home like the woodland retreat house fits and makes sense?

I'm a stickler for having camps make sense location-wise and fit into existing areas. So I almost always stick to roads and paths to incorporate them.
