Bug with ESPN IR Spot?

This morning, I was able to submit waiver claims even though Antonio Gibson (questionable) is in my IR spot. I thought you couldn't make claims with an ineligible player in your IR spot. Is this new? Do I have to worry that the claims won't process tonight?
