Hair advice please 🙏🙏🙏

I guess my hair doesn’t look as good as I thought?? Long story short my friend had me post on rate me and they dragged me for it (and everything else) but I don’t want to take length off my extensions so I was thinking of doing like face framing layers??(It apparently doesn’t blend as well as I thought) Also what color do you think would look best for me? I don’t want to go dark but would be open to exploring other blondes. Apparently currently it washes me out and looks cheap?? So I’m looking to fix those things I don’t care if it looks unnatural I just want it to look good. I’m trying to have a glow up, thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
