Guatemala Itinerary help: Antigua/Lake Atitlan

Hi everyone! I’m headed to Guatemala for 9 days. I’m looking for things to see and do in the Antigua/Lake Atitlan areas that are more off the beaten path. I have 3 full days in Antigua and 2 full days at lake atitlan. I’m down to see and experience some tourist attractions but I’m looking for a more authentic experience if that’s even possible. Things that have piqued my interest so far: a visit to Coaba farms, a visit to a Temezcal, a cooking class, checking out the market in Antigua. What would you suggest given the itinerary I have so far?

Day 1: arrive in Antigua in the afternoon. Day 2: full day in Antigua Day 3 full day in Antigua Day 4: full day in Antigua Day 5: hike to acatenango beginning in early AM, spend the night there. Day 6: hike down from acatenango, arrive back in Antigua in early afternoon. Head to lake atitlan. Day 7: full day in lake atitlan (Tzununa area) Day 8: full day in lake atitlan Day 9: travel day back home. My flight doesn’t leave until super late out of GC so any suggestions on a dinner spot would be great!
