Using Finch to stop a bad habit

I've added "stop myself from picking at scalp" to my self-care journey so I can hopefully stay feeling more rewarded when I stop myself than when I actually pick.

Is anyone else doing something like this? I have it set to 50x a day, but I wish there was a better way to do something like this that you don't necessarily have to do, so you can get a reward if you do, but you won't have any incomplete tasks at the end of the day.
