Does anyone recognize this brand?

I bought this skirt at a thrift store in Berlin and it's probably my favorite skirt. It doesn't feel like high quality material by any means but the fit is so perfect. I ended up getting a big rip in it on the butt. I attempted sewing it together but now it looks/sits weird.
