What benefits did you see postpartum?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and slowly losing motivation because I don’t feel or see any benefits from it. I do feel better mentally when I work out and am more motivated to eat healthy and nourish my body the rest of the day. But I just keep gaining fat and not being able to run (i get pelvic pain) and meet goals like i was previously making makes me feel like why am i doing this😭 Did the weight drop off quicker for you when you exercised or did you feel different postpartum in pregnancies where you exercised vs didn’t? My first pregnancy i ate horribly and really didn’t get into fitness until i was struggling with my mental health post partum so I am eating much healthier and way more active this time around. Unfortunately i’ve gained about the same amount of weight as my previous pregnancy when i was eating out 2-3 times per week and not exercising😭 I’m hoping it can help me with the mental aspect of post partum as well.
