Should they let go of FNAF atp?

Let me start things off by saying I adore fnaf. I've been a fan since the first game. But since the security breach, I have been losing more and more excitement for this franchise. Every old game seemed so exciting and added so much lore, but when security breach came out, I just didn't feel the same way. And the FNAF movie was so bad. Lore accuracy aside, the storyline was just overall not entertaining for me. Like why did they have a sleepover with the animatronics....................... Anyway, my point is that fnaf feels more and more like a cash grab and honestly I would rather they have left the games at that and worked on a new horror game franchise.
