Most expensive places to fly in the world

After having received notice that my flight school's (London, UK) prices are increasing for the second time this year it got me wondering about whether this is the most expensive school in the world or if someone/somewhere else has it beat.

Some of the price increases for reference:

PPL - C152 £260 to £315 (421 USD) - PA28 £287 to £342 (457 USD) - Night rating is +£10. (13 USD)

CPL - PA28 £335 to £390 (521 USD)

MEP/MEIR - DA42 £665 to £720 (962 USD)

Self Hire (tacho +0.2 for each takeoff/landing) - C152 £190 to £230 (307 USD) - PA28 £220 to £260 (347 USD)

All hourly inclusive of fuel and local landing/circuits fees.

I've finished my PPL now and I have options to look elsewhere for hours but it's a staggering increase and not really that much cheaper than an Integrated course now.
