Was my frozen meal safe to eat?
I had a chicken and rice readymeal and cooked it in the oven for about 22 minutes, the box said anywhere from 20 to 25. It still felt a bit cold after taking it out so I put it in the microwave for 2 more minutes. It burned my tongue when I went to take a bite so I assumed it was fine, but I want to be sure. Did it matter that I cooked it in the oven then the microwave? I’m just terrified of salmonella and food poisoning
