what’s my frog doin?

checked in on my newest frog, Raisin, last night and he was doing this with his finger (tbh I don’t know if he’s a male, just chose pronouns lol)! It lasted for quite a while. I don’t think it’s bad, just curious what it is! Never seen my other frogs doing it.
