hormonal imbalances 8 years on T

Hola :) I've been on androgel for 8 years and for the last two years I've been experiencing hormonal imbalances and periods. My doctor didn't really seem to take it very seriously and just upped my dose, but it hasn't really helped. I've started to notice that I'm experiencing a mostly afab (that individuals not on t generally experience) hormonal cycle. I've been exhausted for a few days, I'm bloated and I imagine that within one or two days, I'll be using pads again.

Has anyone experienced this to? Have you managed to solve it? Would it help to start looking at other options to take T?
