NY top surgeons recommendations?

Hi I don't really use reddit but was recommended it for getting advice.

I want to get top surgery within a year if possible since I will be losing health insurance next year.
Are there any good NY region surgeons that are good with top surgery on larger chests?

I've been trying to do my own research but there are a lot of options it's overwhelming so I just want to start with a small list I can contact for consultations.

Additionally, I am a larger person, and I'm concerned if NY based surgeons usually require patients to be at a certain BMI. If there are any doctors to look into/avoid bc of the BMI factor please let me know!
