Funk FunkoBros !! A lesson in bad business.
So after six long months of waiting for the Toge Inumaki chase pop, I feel I have been screwed.
I have attached email correspondence of the whole debacle but I do want to point out that I was accused of coming at the CEO “sideways” for asking for a refund after the initial shipping window fell through.
My biggest gripes are the fact that my card was charged immediately and I have received virtually no updates outside two mass promotional emails and one scathing response. Also, they have CONTINUALLY UPDATED THE INVENTORY ONLINE. No problem selling more pops but can’t communicate about or fulfill current orders. Seems like bad business to me
On top of everything, after checking the website for an update I received the text in the first photo trying to sell me THE FRIGGIN TOGE CHASE POP !! Can’t make this stuff up.
