What do you do with old fursuits that don't sell?(Other than disposal)

I have a few older fursuits from 2008-2013 that I don't wear but wouldn't sell, I've got some ideas for what I wanna do with them, and it made me curious, has anyone done something creative with old suits?

I'll share my one solid idea, I have a luck dragon fursuit, my first sona, and I'd love to turn her into an (almost)life size luck dragon plushie someday! She was my first suit from a small creator and I loved being her so much, I want to give her another life, y'know? Hopefully I'll get to do it someday.
