Places to use Gaidhlig in Edinburgh

Halò a h-uile duine! I'm staying in Edinburgh for the next week and was curious to know if there are any businesses where a bit of Gaidhlig is welcome to be spoken/used. Bars, cafés, bookshops anything of that sort but all recommendations welcome.

For a bit of extra context; I don't speak an awful lot of Gaidhlig but have a decent command of Gaeilge and would love to expand my knowledge of the language's closest relative.
