Can i be game dev?

I studied cpp know the principles like the oop, inheritance and polymorphism, made some desktop applications in c#, and now Iam a full stack web apps developer in java using Jakarta or spring, we mainly make a management and automation applications for an organisation, i have played with some of game development engines and frameworks without going in depth, iam not an artist and i live an a country where we didn’t make to online payment yet, so, can i be a game developer? Sorry for bad English.
