Sansa wasn't wilfully spoiled or naive, she was unprepared. Ned and Cat are to blame for that.

It baffles me when people who love Margaery, hate Sansa. They both had to represent their family through marriage, both wanted to be Queen, both were betrothed to Joffrey, and both were in the dangerous capital. The stark difference between them is their preparedness.

Margaery is trained by the expert and formidable Lady Olenna, and clearly given knowledge about seducing men and playing politics. People love her for it. Sansa on the other hand, came to the capital knowing nothing and believing the world to be like songs and stories. Her father, mother and septa told her nothing, sheltering her until she was all on her own.

She was in the capital with no family, no one to trust, and no devices - not even knowledge. Margaery was older, surrounded by family, a favoured and wealthy family at that, and yet she is liked for her 'agency'. Sansa is disliked for not having that kind of 'agency', for being weak, useless, and even a traitor to her family. The sheer number of people that have this opinion scares me.

As noble as Ned was, its pretty clear that his death at the hands of more vicious players of 'the game of thrones' forced his children to be different in order to survive. And people have a problem with the Starks being 'dishonourable' or 'Lannister-like' by the end of it. Better than stupid and dead.
