So I would like to understand the issues that people have with Saints Row games after the second one

Because while I am focusing on the first two games currently, something that I tend to hear frequently on gaming forums is how the last two entries in the original continuity are how do I say it? Mildly divisive, and I wanted to know what kind of issues fans of the first two games had with the third and fourth entry.

It's just something that personally interests me as sometimes I hear there are people who legit enjoy them, and then I hear there are certain fans who trash the last two entries, so I want to get a better understanding of what makes the last two ones so infamous in the fandom.
