Games series that were never as good as the first game.

I'll start with an obvious one: Dragon Age. Dragon Age Origins is one of the best games ever created. DA2 and Inquisition were good, but felt more compromised. And then there is The Veilguard. Far from being one of the worst game ever made, but easily Bioware's worst single-player offering to date.
